Electromechanical Devices

The electromechanical devices, including solenoid and motor operated valves, that we manufacture at Westfield Hydraulics, Inc. are used by industry leading customers in the aerospace and defense industries. Our designs are based on proven technologies and are customized to meet a variety of hydraulic oil and solvent handling applications in the aerospace and defense industries. Valves powered by AC or DC sources can be produced in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or plastic, to tolerances as tight as ±0.001” for discrete components, and ±0.010” for complete parts.

Our comprehensive quality management system, which includes dimensional inspection and functional testing, is backed by ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C quality certifications, and all finishing is performed using NADCAP approved vendors. We specialize in development projects and small volume production of runs that average less than 5,000 pieces. Custom products produced using established designs have a typical lead time of 180 days.
